While we might have our students for only 5 days out of the year, we want our staff to do their absolute best to reflect the mission through their love, care, and servants’ heart while working at Redemption Ranch.

Camp counselors are the main contact our campers will have with our staff. They will maintain a leadership role among peer staff and campers 24/7. Counselors will be entrusted with the care of all campers, but specifically the campers in their group. Each group will be separated by age/grade and gender, and counselors will be required to supervise and participate in ALL events and activities with their campers.

If you were to be hired for our staff, you would be required to be available the following dates:

• May 21-23 — MBC Orientation in Hannibal, MO
• June 4-June 6 — Redemption Ranch Staff Training at the Ranch
• June 17-21 — Redemption Ranch Camps Week 1
• June 24-28 — Redemption Ranch Camps Week 2
• July 8-12 — Redemption Ranch Camps Week 3
• July 13 — Redemption Ranch Staff Summer Debrief and BBQ
